I help executive-minded women leaders break through into executive roles by developing the communication and promotion strategies they need to secure and succeed in leadership positions. My mission is to empower women to articulate their value with clarity—being concise, compelling, and confident—so they can confidently navigate their path to the top.

My Journey

Throughout my 15-year career in talent acquisition and human resources, I had a deep desire to advance into executive leadership. But like many women, I found myself stuck, taking on more work and hoping it would eventually speak for itself. I believed that if I just kept my head down and worked harder, the recognition and promotions would come. But what I learned is that no one is more invested in your career than you are.

The turning point came when I understood the power of advocating for myself—communicating my value with confidence and clarity. Once I mastered the skill of self-promotion, I earned four promotions in five years, eventually becoming Vice President of Human Resources. I realized then that success isn’t just about doing the work; it’s about ensuring your work gets the recognition it deserves. You have to be the CEO of your own career.
